Abstract: A petrochemical Machinery factory has manufactured, popularized and applied more than 200 sets of helical baffle board heat exchangers by using Lummus technology in the past 10 years. In this paper, on the basis of the current application of the heat exchangers, the application situation and characteristics of helical baffle board heat exchangers in the refining field are introduced. The helical baffles board heat exchanger has many remarkable advantages in heat transfer enhancement, slowing down scaling, reducing resistance, eliminating vibration and so on. It has obvious long period operation effect on heat-exchanging equipment in refining system.

摘要： 某石化设备制造厂在10 年间制造推广应用鲁姆斯技术的螺旋折流板换热器200 余台, 以其中典型的应用 经验为基础, 介绍螺旋折流板换热器当前在炼化领域的应用情况与应用特点。螺旋折流板换热器在强化换热、减缓结 垢、降低阻力降、消除振动等方面优势显著, 对于炼化系统换热设备的长周期运行作用明显。
